I would be shocked if Cole Hamels returns to the mound. The delay helps Tampa because they have to go to the pen and get rid of Hamels.

The delay favors the Phils, when play resumes Xole Gamels will be fresh and the Rays are into the Bull Pen!               

At least the fans will return to a dry end of that game! That rain was killing the experience!!
