@Newie: I think Zito still isn't used to the National League. The hitters, having to hit every time he pitches, maybe it's just the ball park in SF.               

Zito had a solid performance. He could still be good in the future. Is there a reason for his decline?               

He is on and off... last one SUCKED.               

@dudeinsaneha - Shutting out any major league team is impressive - he is still overpaid, but that is not important when saying that he is playing well               

yeah Zito is shutting out a braves team thats 8 games under 500, way to finally earn his 14.5mil this season. now in the bottom of the 7th.               

Zito still has his shutout going through 6 and the Giants added another run in the top of the 6th - Giants up 4-0 and Zito has only allowed 4 hits!               

Zito has only allowed 1 hit and 1 BB through 4 innings! Giants still up 3-0
